Q: Hi, I would like to know how many days do I have to calculate the guide fees, for 7 days or for 8 days including the first day of transfer to Hotel? Ex. $7.00 x 7days of the tour or $7.00 x 8days since transfer to hotel, please let me know. Thank you.

This tour is a 7 day tour, the first day you will only pay $3 in service fee per person.The remaining 6 days it will be $7 per person/per day
Total of $45 for one person in service fee to the tour guide.

Please input the date that you will arrive at Los Angeles airport for us to schedule the airport pick up.If you are arriving on 8/26 you have between 8:30am - 9:30pm to arrive at LAX, hotel will be included the night of 8/26
If you choose to start the tour on 8/26 it will end on 9/3, if you need a hotel extension we can offer you one close to the airport that offers a shuttle from the hotel to the airport:

You will enjoy the tour in the comfort of a wide-spaced and luxury-equipped motor coach for most of our 3 days or longer tours, it is equipped with climate controlled air conditioning.There is a restroom on board but is used strictly for emergency only.

Q: Hi, I am planning to take the tour at the end of Aug. And I have several questions. 1. Does "Service Fees for tour guide/bus driver (min. $6.00/day per person)" mean that we have to pay at least 36 extra dollars? 2. I want to catch 9PM Greyhound on the day coming back to LA. Will i have enough time to get to the station? And where should i get off? 3. I will get on the bus at Fullerton. Is it ok to get off at different place? 4. Will i have a chance to enter Hoover Dam? The service fee for the tour guide/driver is $6.00 per day/ per person. This is an additional minimum $18.00 per person, for all 3 days.
Please note we usually get back to Los Angeles during 6:30pm-7:00pm but there may be 30-60min delay caused by some special circumstances, such as bad weather condition, traffic jam, etc.
You may choose a different drop off location that the one used for pick up.
Please let your tour guide know which of the other assigned locations you would prefer.
Guest will be have an opportunity to see the Hoover Dam.

We are not able to adjust the itinerary, if you choose to end your tour in San Francisco you will forego visiting Yosemite.You will also have to find your own transportation back to Los Angeles.

Q: 1. Have already booked air ticket i.e. coming to LA on 26 August afternoon and Leaving on 5 Sept 2013. Will I get Airport pickup and Drop? 2. It says upgrade is free what is the meaning of (Upgrade Price)Easy Book item no 4?. Also the hotel mentioned under list can I book through you for my arrival (one day) and on our departure day (two days) 3. Couple of reviewer have observed • Yosemite should not have been on last day and in spite Disneyworld or Universal Studio should have been last day. • For the one day tours, come prepared in your sports gear because most of the time you will be chasing the tour guide who will be holding a flag high and walking as though he is participating in the 30 mile Olympic walking competition – this scenario is not going to work well with us as my wife have knee problem and she can not walk fast or continuously, >>> your comment on above two will be highly appreciated before I actually book this tour View answers (1) A: |

For your interested tour we do offer complimentary airport pick up on day 1 (8/26/2013) when the tour ends on September 3rd we will provide drop off at the airport.
Your arranged flight will depart on September 5th; therefore, you will need to arranged your own transportation to the airport.
Yes, this tour does currently offer a free upgrade for a check in date between 8/1/2013 through 12/10/2013, you may choose your preferred hotel from the options available.
The order of the day to day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day. The itinerary stated on the website is a guideline and tours are not always conducted in the order mentioned.
Please keep in mind there will be walking involved in this tour.
